In order to enhance the security level of your Online Banking transactions, it is recommended that you use your own Yuanta Bank ATM cards for Online Banking login.

Before use, please install the ATM card reader and Super ATM program elements (FAQ)

How to apply the ATM Card Login: Please login your personal Online Banking ,and complete the application at "Service Application Center - ATM Card Login Online Banking Service" of Online Banking by using your own Yuanta Bank ATM Card.

How to cancel the ATM Card Login: Please login your personal Online Banking ,and complete the cancellation at "Service Application Center - ATM Card Login Online Banking Service" of Online Banking by using your own Yuanta Bank ATM Card.

For better user experience and security, if the ATM card is not activated, lost, suspended, locked, or in abnormal condition, anyone will not be able to login Online Banking with that ATM card.

If you are a credit card holder,please re-apply for online banking membership.

If you have already opened an account with the Bank and activated online banking but have forgotten your password, please bring your ATM card to Super ATM to have your online banking password reset, or bring your ID card and your original seal to visit any of our business offices to apply for a new online banking password in person.

If you are only a trust customer of the Bank and you are applying for the online banking service online, please call the Bank's Customer Service Center at (02)2182-1968 and our customer service representatives will handle the application for you.
4.
If your online banking password has not been activated for more than one month after application (i.e. if you have not logged in with the given password and changed it), you are required to bring your ID card and your original seal to contact our business units to re-apply for an online banking password in person.
